This API festival will be celebrating and showcasing the unique cultures of the East and Southeast Asian cultures along with the islands that make up the Pacific Island communities. FP is waiving the $25 application processing fee for this event.
The event site is the large grass parade field located directly across from City Hall West, and all spaces will be on the grass parade field, No staking of tents is allowed and water weights are not permitted. Sand or cement weights only. There is no water available on the event site, and portable generators are allowed after receiving written permission from Festival Productions at the time you apply for the event.
Each country will have a designated pavilion area consisting of a central canopy area suitable for table displays, exhibits, cultural activities (fee waived in some cases), and small table top vendor sales ($25). Table top sales space is limited. 10' x 10' spaces for arts and crafts ($75.), commercial ($150.), government ($100.) and 501 C 3 nonprofits providing support services (fee waived) spaces are available. Food booth fee is 10% of sales plus Alameda County TFF fee. Food trucks should send an email with their menu before applying. Fee to be determined.
