Festival Productions is thrilled to be selected as the producer of the 2026 Millbrae Art & Wine Festival. This will be the 55th year of one of the premier events on the peninsula. The event site is along Broadway which is the main business district and includes anchor businesses like Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, Living Spaces, and numerous local small businesses. Attendance has been estimated at over 50,000 people. All categories of vendors are welcome including traditional arts & crafts, pre-packaged food, local merchants, nonprofit & community groups, along with commercial businesses.
RETURNING VENDORS & MILLBRAE BUSINESSES - APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE WAIVED
Festival Productions wants to provide preferred processing and acceptance to vendors and organizations that participated in the 2025 event. Additionally, we are waiving the application processing fee for any returning vendor who participated in the 2025 event and any Millbrae merchant. After applying for the event, please send a separate email indicating you are a returning artist and the space number you were assigned in the 2025 event. We will waive the $30 processing fee and will do our best to get you into the same area.
Show hours are 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturday and Sunday. All spaces are 10’ x 10 and located back-to-back down the middle of the street. Set up is Saturday morning after 4 AM and all tents can be left up over Saturday night. No equipment is provided but organizations may rent a tent, table, and two chairs for an additional charge. (see below). There is no water or electricity available on the event site, and generators are not allowed without prior written approval of FP. Security is available over night.
FEES
FP will accept a $100 non-refundable deposit that will guarantee your space if paid by March 1, 2026. The final balance will be due by July 1, 2026, and the $100 will be applied to the total fee you are required to pay.
Arts & Crafts -$395.00, Millbrae Merchant - $500.00, Commercial - $1000.00 There is a 10% commission on all sales over $1500 for these vendors.
